Updated 3/12/10

A three-mile portion of the Little Manistee Snowmobile Trail in Lake County will remain closed until mid-January due to bridge construction delays.

The Michigan Department of Natural Resources says the bridge over the Little Manistee River is incomplete. That means snowmobile trail No. 35 will be closed from the Club 37 staging area north to the 7 Mile trailhead.

Notice

The parking area on M-20 is still closed to snowmobilers by the US Forestry due to the remodel that the  occurred in the summer of 2007.  This are is NOT an official snowmobile staging area.

Please note that this page will not be updated over the weekends.  As I will either be grooming or riding.  I will try to update this page on Fridays before I head up north for the weekend.  If you wish to get the most current trail conditions on the weekends please call one of the board members.  Please remember that the longer snowmobiles can stay off a freshly groomed trail the better it will be for everyone.  Also remember that if you call or check here for trail conditions in the morning but do not start riding until the afternoon, you will have all the traffic from the morning.

There have been NO SNOWMOBILING  signs put on both sides of the Bowman
bridge trail. We can not use this trail because of runoff hole on one end.  We may
use the road, but we have to ride with the traffic. Please pass this information
to all that ride there

Season is over unless we get some weird late season storm. Get your atvs out.....
