Club Property & Groomer Barn
April 2008 - The village of Baldwin has offered us a parcel at the corner of 56th and Astor. The Finance Committee and the Executive Board have recommended to the general membership that the club proceed with a long term lease agreement with the village to take over the property. On April 26, 2008, the general membership approved the recommendation. Chuck Kurshbaum is chairing a committee to recommend improvements to the property including an improved 60 X 60 Groomer Barn.
